Dad’s Cheesy Biscuits

I thought there would be no post today, but Dad has come to the rescue! He makes the best cheesy biscuits & he recorded a little video of him making them to help me out. I think that’s awesome! There’s not much else in this post, so I hope y’all enjoy. : )

Dad’s going to talk about me having some health issues in the video, so I’ll explain. I’ve had a rash on my foot for several months that I can’t get to go away. After I had a cold last week, it got even worse & my whole foot swelled up! I went to the doctor this morning & she wasn’t entirely sure what was going on. So, she did a swab & biopsy & put me on antibiotics & steroids for now. Anyway, I’ll be talking more about it in my podcast Saturday, so on to the biscuits!

Dad’s Cheesy Biscuits

These biscuits are so delicious! They are crunchy & crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I call them biscuit cookies because that’s a perfect cookie to me! I’ll list the ingredients below the video in case you want to try them out yourself this weekend. : )

Dads Cheesy Biscuits

Ingredients

1/2 cup self rising flour

shredded colby jack cheese {a handful as Dad says!}

1/3 stick melted butter
